50th SICTIC Investor Day Lugano

The SICTIC Investor Day is a match making event where tech startups pitch to find experienced investors and supporters. The event language is English. Questions from the audience are also taken in French and German (and translated if necessary). The pitching event was preceded by a SICTIC Angel Training “How to become a happy angel in 10 easy steps” by Davide Gai at 16:15.

Our software platform enables additional revenue streams.

    Democratizes Virtual Reality (VR) via browser for every device and every VR headset - as did Content Management Systems (CMS) in the internet to enable Web 2.0, the breakthrough of the internet as a mass medium.

  • xFarm

    The agricultural business is becoming more and more complex due to the legal, operational and economic challenges. On the other hand, technologies evolve and create opportunity. Based on multi-year experience in farming, we developed xFarm, a Farm Management Platform covering every aspect of farming.

  • Brainiac Cloud

    An existing web based cloud platform equipped with a Machine Learning engine. Users can upload proprietary data and generate machine learning powered analysis and predictions. Standard algorithms are available. Endow general users with machine learning technology (considering general users those able to use excel)

Davide Gai

Davide is a serial entrepreneur who has been founding and successfully managing more than 25 high tech startup companies throughout his career. Currently, he is President and majority shareholder Healthcapital SA,  formerly  BSI Healthcapital. Healthcapital’s activities are M&A of life science companies, global healthcare policy advisory think-tank, and strategic counseling.

He is also President of Gai&Partner,  an internationally acting firm focusing on strategic advisory, corporate finance, executive search, and lobbying for the high-tech, financial and biotech industries, active since 1986.

Davide furthermore retains various Executive Board positions, such as Ubiquity International SA, 1Lab SA and 1Med SA, as well as being a Strategic Advisor to the Leadership of Sunrise Communication AG.
