Dr. Ing. Heinrich Zetlmayer, Blockchain Valley Ventures General Partner
Heinrich Zetlmayer, General Partner at Blockchain Valley Ventures, is an accomplished and active
digital investor, and early investor in, and board member of, Lykke, a pioneering Crypto Exchange. He
has extensive operational and strategic experience in growth and turnaround situations of large and
small companies internationally. Previously, Heinrich was a member of IBM’s Executive Board in
Switzerland and Vice President within IBM Global Business Services in EMEA leading various
services divisions. Before IBM, Heinrich was a Senior Partner at Arthur D. Little, an international
management consultancy firm, leading their Global Operations Practice. He was also Co-CEO of ESL
Electronic Sports League for many years and serves on its Board of Directors. Heinrich holds a
doctorate in automation from the Technical University in Munich, one of Germany’s leading scientific
and technological institutions. He speakes regularily on investing in blockchain, best practices in STOs
and the application of Blockchain technology in various sectors.

Marc P. Bernegger, Serial Technology Entrepreneur & Board Member at Crypto Finance Group
Marc P. Bernegger is a serial entrepreneur and investor focusing on fintech and crypto assets.
In 1999 and aged 20, Marc founded usgang.ch (trade sale to Axel Springer) and he is a founder of amiando (awarded by the World Economic Forum as ‘Global Technology Pioneer’; trade sale to XING).
In 2010 Marc started to move into the fintech and in 2012 into the crypto assets space.
He is an active investor and board member and among others involved in FinLeap, Falcon Private Bank and Crypto Finance Group.

Roger Darin, Head Blockchain Advisory at inacta AG
With his first IT startup founded at age 17, Roger Darin has always been enthusiastic about entrepreneurship. While he then pursued a more traditional career in investment banking which offered the opportunity to work in several major financial centers across Europe and Asia, he continued to nurture his interests in technology.
It is this background in international banking, trading and risk management that he now blends with his affection for technology and an inherent streak of creativity, leading to several speaking and writing engagements about the intersection of those. Roger further combines those passions in his work as a product manager at a Zurich area fintech company and as active contributor in several organisations, including the Swiss Bitcoin Association (BAS), the Swiss Finance & Technology Association (SFTA), and is leveraging his expertise to help grow SICTIC and its Fintech Angels vertical.
Marc Degen, Co-Founder and Board Member at Modum.io AG
Marc Degen urges to simplify complexity. Inspired in 2015 by some blog posts of Vitalik Buterin he was convinced that Turing complete distributed ledger technologies will dramatically change the digital ecosystem. With his educational background in Computer Science strengthened with an MBA and his start-up and corporate experience he’s striving to explore these opportunities. The most successful being modum.io AG, an IoT/Blockchain startup which entered the enterprise market with SAP in 2018. Dr. Thomas Dübendorfer, President at the Swiss ICT Investor Club (SICTIC)
Thomas Dübendorfer holds a Ph.D. and master in computer science with distinction from ETH Zurich. He worked as software engineer in Silicon Valley and seven years as Tech Lead on security and privacy projects at Google in Zürich, receiving three Google OC awards. As president he shaped the Information Security Society Switzerland ISSS for five years, during which the number of members more than doubled to over a thousand. He is a lecturer at ETH Zürich and has co-founded several Internet technology based product centric startups in Switzerland, among them Spontacts (exit to Scout24 Group), Contovista (big data for finance) and Frontify (collaborative web design).

Thomas Kern holds a master in computer science from ETH Zürich and an EMBA from HSG St. Gallen. Thomas is a board member of the Swiss ICT Investor Club (SICTIC) where he helps to grow the investor community by organizing a better deal-flow and events matching selected tech startups with smart money investors. His objective together with his engagements is to grow and strengthen the fintech, crypto and blockchain ecosystem in Switzerland and globally. In current client relationships Thomas mainly works as senior program manager leading digital transformation initiatives for major financial institutions.
Nicola Fantini, Board Member and Jury President at the Swiss ICT Investor Club (SICTIC)
Nicola Fantini holds a Masters in Business Administration and Computer Science (UZH). Nicola is a Serial Entrepreneur and had two successful exits to US public companies (VMware and Honeywell). Currently Nicola is Co-Founder and active in several ICT companies. Nicola is active in leading edge research projects (Industry 4.0, H2020) As SICTIC member, Nicola is the head of the SICTIC jury and co-investor in a number of startups. Nicola owns an own software engineering force and is the CEO of ScaleTools.
Vasily Suvorov, VP of Technology at Luxoft
As VP Technology Strategy at Luxoft, based in Zug, Mr. Suvorov manages global CTO organization.
Throughout his 20 year carrier, he has been driving strategy and R&D efforts related to the major emerging technologies supporting Digital Transformation projects in Finance, Automotive, Energy, Healthcare and Logistics.
Mr. Suvorov’s recent focus has been on Native Cloud, including Serverless Architecture, Scalable Data Streaming processing, Edge processing and decentralized technologies.
At the end of 2016, Mr. Suvorov co-founded Swiss non-profit CryptoValley Association, dedicated to fostering and promotion of blockchain technology and de-centralized business models. He served there as Vice President until Jan 2019 helping to establish it as a leading blockchain hub globally. Vasily is a member of the Expert Council at Swiss Blockchain Federation.
Mr. Suvorov has background in Mathematics and Computer Science. He has studied Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at MIT Sloan.
