Reinhard Stoiber holds a Ph.D. in informatics from UZH, awarded summa cum laude, and a master’s degree in business informatics from JKU Linz. He runs his own small consulting business that has supported major software projects in air traffic control and at the Swiss federal administration in the domains of agriculture and internal security.

He is the author or co-author of 16 peer-reviewed scientific publications in the field of requirements engineering and holds certifications in project management, testing, requirements engineering, agile methods, and AI. He has accumulated over a decade of experience as both a business consultant for major Swiss organisations and as an individual stock investor in public markets. In recent years, he has also become very active as a business angel.
