He brings over 20 years of experience in business building and corporate strategy, having served as a Partner at both Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Oliver Wyman. At BCG, he architected and scaled advanced analytics businesses across EMEA, delivering double-digit revenue growth for major financial institutions. During his tenure at Oliver Wyman, he spearheaded the establishment of the Amsterdam office, growing it from the ground up to a top-tier consultancy with over 40 local consultants with all major Dutch financial institutions as clients. Both a physicist and mathematician by training, Lucas holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics from Leiden University.
