51st SICTIC Investor Day Lausanne @EPFL

The SICTIC Investor Day is a match making event where tech startups pitch to find experienced investors and supporters. The event language is English. Questions from the audience are also taken in French and German (and translated if necessary). The pitching event is preceded by a SICTIC Angel Training: “Learnings, Findings and Experiences gained from 17 Years of Angel Investing” by Philip Bodmer at 16:15 (for business angel investors only).

Startups on stage

  • Mitipi

Developed Kevin, the virtual roommate against burglars. Kevin is a plug and play security solution, simulating presence, by leveraging light, audio and shadow effects, to pretend that someone is home. It's all integrated into an own device. Our software platform enables additional revenue streams.

  • SwissDeCode

Rapid DNA screening to secure the global food supply chain.

  • ROVENSO SA

ROVENSO designs, manufactures and markets agile robots for challenging terrains and harsh environments.

  • Cogito Instruments SA

Cogito Instruments gives intelligence to machines. We enable real-time embedded machine learning at the edge of the network without the risks and limitations of Cloud-based AI.

  • Eyeware

Eyeware develops 3D eye tracking software that enables machines to understand and analyze human attention. Our technology has applications in multiple industries including robotics, automotive, retail, gaming, and advertising.

  • Aeler Technologies

We design and assemble a new generation of connected and efficient intermodal containers made out of composites. They significantly reduce OPEX and environmental impact and are a primer for complete end-to-end advanced visibility and business intelligence in the supply chain.

  • Exomotion

The way we drive and think are connected! For years we used to drive in one direction, going forward, backward, and turning. Exomotion, as a Swiss startup established in Geneva disrupts the way you move and think in a way which has never been possible before.
